Step into the heart of the Tuscan countryside for a hands-on experience that brings tradition to life. After a friendly introduction to the ingredients and stories behind one of Florence’s most beloved specialties, you’ll roll up your sleeves and make your own Schiacciata all’olio—a simple yet iconic flatbread rich in local flavor.

While the dough rises, you’ll be guided through the estate’s winery for an immersive experience that showcases the heritage of Chianti winemaking in an engaging, interactive setting. Afterwards, the schiacciata is baked to perfection by the staff, ready for you to enjoy during a relaxed lunch, served with a generous selection of local charcuterie and a guided tasting of 3 wines from Podere Ema.
